About the workshop:

The ability to communicate effectively is often referred to as the most basic as well as the most important soft skill. During this highly interactive workshop we will explore ways which will help you to bring your communication skills to the next level. We will discover parameters which will increase your chances of passing on information and ideas successfully. You will learn a non-violent communication method that will help you communicate unfavourable information without fear of causing conflict and drama. You will deepen your listening skills and practice how to give positive as well as negative feedback in a way that is truly beneficial to the other person.

Daniela is an experienced Google Certified Trainer and Coach. She combines unique experience from her own business and 12 years in management positions in international companies at home and abroad (UK, Germany). She helps mainly entrepreneurs and managers to effectively communicate and to lead themselves, teams and companies. Her passion is empowering others to be more successful, happier and mentally resilient. She has won several awards in her career including: Highest CEE Leader Assessment Score (2016, HRS), Best Sales Team, and Best New Employee of the Year.
