Aged just 15 months, little Tilly was diagnosed with Meningococcal Septicemia Strain B, resulting in her arms and toes amputation. She was first fitted with bionic arms when she was eight years old. Nowadays, the 18-year-old Lockey sparkles at the thought of what the future will bring.
