Our project harnesses the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to predict and optimize hydrogen production within renewable energy systems, directly contributing to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 7: Affordable and Clean Energy.

We work on developing a sophisticated AI model that takes into account various factors such as solar radiation, wind speed, temperature, and historical data. This model not only predicts the production of hydrogen within renewable energy systems but also employs cutting-edge AI optimization algorithms, including particle swarm optimization, genetic algorithms, and simulated annealing, to optimize energy utilization with precision and efficiency.

What sets our project apart is our focus on comprehensively optimizing renewable energy systems by unifying multiple AI methodologies into a versatile framework. Inspired by groundbreaking studies, such as the use of weather forecasts and artificial neural networks (ANNs) for predicting renewable resource characteristics and the remarkable achievement of a 96.26% coefficient of determination in hydrogen production prediction, we aim to extend and elevate these methodologies.

By integrating renewable energy and hydrogen production into the grid, our project directly contributes to ensuring affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for all, in line with SDG 7.1. We envision our AI-driven optimization approach not only minimizing energy waste but also ensuring a constant and reliable energy supply, thereby accelerating the transition to a cleaner and more sustainable energy future.
