Destination system Mona (CZ)

The system consists of a backend application through which destination employees manage all data and information. This data is then displayed on a web app that we deploy on the destination's domain and on a mobile app that we create for each destination.

The backend app, which we call Mona Studio, is tailored to the needs of destination companies, saving the employees a lot of time while providing all key functions, such as detailed analytics about tourist digital behavior or an in-built CRM.

Visitors to the destination can then use the web or mobile app to find an overview of all interesting places, gastronomic venues, or local events. They can also find interesting local tips and recommendations to make their whole experience more authentic.

In the future, we plan to expand the platform by offering accommodation facilities and pre-created trips that will make planning a holiday even easier. Last but not least, there will be a mobile app function, thanks to which visitors will receive interesting and useful tips according to their current location. Furthermore, we would like to enable the promoters of attractions and services or other institutions to directly edit their profile in the system.

Currently, we are working on our first implementation of the system in the Lednice-Valtice Area, where it runs under the brand Discover LVA. We plan to start offering this system to Czech and foreign DMCs in November so that we can work on the first customer implementation in early 2024.

Sustainable Development Goals:
We believe that our system can help to improve cooperation and communication between private and public entities in destinations and enhance public-private partnership. Thanks to this multi-stakeholder cooperation, it will be possible to realize projects that will improve the region for both tourists and local residents. Such meaningful cooperation will lead to relieving possible overtourism in several destinations.

Our innovative solution, based on modern technology, will help to streamline the work of destination companies and make it easier for tourists to plan their holidays, as well as offer them a more authentic travel experience.
