Marian Pavlík (CZ)
Founder of Green: Code and Managing Director appointed by Škoda Auto.
Marian has been part of the Volkswagen Group for over 27 years, holding both expert and leadership roles. He gained extensive experience not only at Škoda Auto but also by managing IT domains across VW Group entities abroad. He has led large-scale project and product teams as well as departments responsible for the development and operation of dozens of business applications and key systems. His contributions have been crucial in launching innovation initiatives, driving digital transformation, implementing AI solutions, and building effective organizational structures.
Today, he aims to leverage his broad experience to bridge the corporate cultures of Green:Code and Škoda Auto, while fostering collaboration across the wider VW Group.

Petr Kopřiva (CZ)
Petr Kopřiva never misses an opportunity to advance the efficiency, adaptability, and self-management of the teams he oversees. He currently leads the NN Digital Hub, focusing on the digital transformation of insurance across NN’s home markets. As a board-level executive, Petr combines strategic vision with practical expertise in IT, agile methodologies, and large deliveries. He previously did the same at NN's Czech branch and in the banking sector, where he managed internet and mobile banking solutions.

Samay Lakhani (USA)
Samay’s journey into the realm of AI began during the pandemic, which piqued his interest, and he subsequently secured an internship with a Silicon Valley-based AI development agency during the 10th grade. Since then, designed and taught his own summer course to teach teenagers AI, which he’s been running for 3+ years. He’s worked and gained experience at various companies, including building projects for unicorns such as Revel Mopeds, but his real passion is creating groundbreaking AI models on the R&D side, including state-of-the-art computer vision models for detecting distracted driving and contributing to open-source AI research like LAION.AI. His research has been published and he’s won numerous competitions, including competing at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair. Samay is now researching brain computer interfaces to control modular robots as a student at Columbia University.

Since 2021, she’s been leading EOS’s EMEA region — a global powerhouse in industrial 3D printing — where she matches next-gen materials with game-changing applications. From rockets to medical devices, Tina’s work shows how AM tech is reshaping what’s possible.

Lukas Papariga (CZ)
Lukas is a second-year Bioinformatics student at CTU FEL, Prague, and leads a student team at Elin.ai, developing projects in artificial intelligence. Beyond his academic work, he engages in practical software projects and teaches programming to young people, both at high school and through summer courses. His goal is to connect technical knowledge with real-world practice and inspire young innovators to create their own projects.
Martin Holečko (CZ)
Martin, a true jack-of-all-trades. His passion for converging exponential technologies has been making this world a better place. In 1997 he co-founded Etnetera, today a group of hi-tech companies delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions and reinventing their clients' businesses for the digital age.
He always spreads a positive vision of the future, and that is how Future Port - a visionary futuristic festival - was born in 2017. Exciting the young generation about exponential technology aligns with his vision of a better tomorrow, so he currently develops Future Port Youth, a student-focused spinoff of Future Port.
Martin is also a co-founder of XR Leaders, a new project helping companies explore the power of virtual reality for teams.
